Welcome Home NSB began as Venetian Bay Realty with its Broker, Mary Ann Murray, partnering with the Johnson Group to market Venetian Bay in its early stages of development over twelve years ago.  

Since then, the Welcome Home NSB Sales Team has sold properties throughout Venetian Bay including the initial offering for Parkside Townhomes, Tuscany Square Condominiums and Tuscany Reserve, St. Regis and Portofino Estates.

Recently, the company changed its name to "Welcome Home NSB" as the company’s scope expanded beyond Venetian Bay.
